We all love brands. Don’t we?! Building them. Managing them. Tracking its sentiments. Evaluating its reach. Creating conversations. Empowering our teams & fans. Spending crores on looking after them. It all comes easily to us.

But how many of us are doing this for a brand bigger, more powerful and worthy than any that we know. No university specialises in it. No corporate title can quite define it. Maybe that’s why we overlook it. And perhaps that’s also why it so often gets mistaken for ego—when it’s really just a quiet, humble ‘me’.

People come and go.

Jobs come and go.

But what strives hard, gathers strength, empowers, makes long-lasting friends, promises to stand by you is your own personal brand. Love it. Protect it. Treasure it. Because its worth a million bucks. Polish it a little every single day.
